How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to most European countries. At checkout you can see if delivery is available to your country.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
